Jozef Husovský: Jozef, a Human

He was born in Prešov (* 1973). Lyricist, aphorist, copywriter, owner of a word game shop, candidate of sentences. At the same time, a graduate of theology and author of daily mini-reflections on the Bible. His daily reflections do not have the ambition to teach readers, they rather want to poke them, as Július Satinský used to say.

He writes lyrics for various bands and singers – Komajota, Gladiator, Adam Ďurica, Katka Knechtová, Capuchin Félix Tkáč and others. He published poetry collections Srdce vo fľaši od kompótu (Heart in a Compote Jar, 1997), Who saw sky (2006) with his brothers Marek and Martin and books of daily reflections on the Bible Káva, croissant, Biblia (Coffee, Croissant, the Bible, 2018), Portské, steak a Biblia (Port Wine, Steak and the Bible, 2019), Chlieb, hry a Biblia (Bread, Games and the Bible, 2020). He is currently preparing another book of mini-reflections on the Bible, and a collection of his aphorisms is also in the publishing plan.
